Don’t over pamper ur maid unless they are appreciative enough.

They did their jobs duties well and v initiative, sometime is fate to bond well together.
Maid r also human beings, we respect them and treat them ok/well and, hopefully they can feel it and do their best.
Most r here to earn $ and send back home.

It sometime luck. Deal with Mymnar maids, some r experience, hardworking and listen and do what u say.
Some got attitude and not keen to work…no choice but to exchange or refund.
It the trouble taken, but luckily all the transport everything provided done at doorstep.

What u say is correct, there are always good maid and bad one. Even if the agency is good. The maid attitude is sometimes hidden.

Sometimes it is luck, The maids are humans. The agency can be good, find the best for u. But in the end only she start work and her attitude will show…sometimes the agency sucks too. Hit and run, no ethical responsibility…
