It's best to call early cos some schs don't accept PV, no matter how early you call. So if you happen to choose such a sch, then at least you have time to think of a back-up plan if you still want to get in, or look for other schs.

u can try calling the school to ask. By now most sch wld have recruited their PV. but no harm calling.
