RE: Objectives of an Art Class for Kids
izu:
Hi Izu,Hi,
Is 3 yrs old too early to send for art classes?
Is La Salle Junior Art progamme good for the 3 yrs old and beyond? Any views & suggestions?
Not sure if it is a waste of money to send preschooler to art classes.
Thank you so much.
Is your daugther/son in the early 3 years old or going to turn 4? because if she/he going to turn 4 then is good to send them to an art class.
I don't think is a waste of money. I think art can help children in a lot of ways.
Cheers,
Mika -
RE: Da Vinci Art Programme by Mika Artz
Dear Daddy,
Each art school aim is the same to develop children creativity. But our styles and method definitely different from Global Arts.
Our programmes is the first to use flash animation in South East Asia, this is to train children’s observation skills. And our programmes focus on training children to develop their creativity and imagination not only through art but also crafts work.
We require the students to draw by recognising forms and shapes so that they will be able to draw anything later on by recognising the forms and shapes. Also we only provide a step-by-step guide for the students to follow to draw the main object of each lesson. The students are required to fill up the whole piece of art block by using their imagination and creativity. We encourage the students to be observant to their surroundings or to the books and tv shows that they read and see so that they can draw out what they imagined.
Our teachers will guide the students to encourage them to use their creativity and our teachers will also teach the students on the drawing and colouring techniques. But how the students want to complete their artworks is up to their creativity. All these will help the students to develop their problem-solving skills by using creativity.
To know more you can come down at our center and we would show you sample of our programme books.
Hope this help and thank you,
Mika
