Was browsing through this site and i am happy to provide feedback as my boy is in P1 this year. So far my boy is extremely happy in the school. The teachers are very involved, caring and encouraging towards the boys. The Principal Mr Martin Tan is \"famous\" lol, he is a very hands-on principal and you will be able to read a lot about him online.
I also want to be honest, St. Gabs wasn't my first choice but i am glad my son is in the schoolthis option is likely better than my first choice.

How have you found the school so far? How is the environment and how are the staff and teachers?

RE: St Joseph's Institution Junior
Does anyone know what was the breakdown in registrants by distance for phase 2B in 2020? I can only see that balloting was held for >2km but don’t know how many registrants applied for how many vacancies. Where can I view this information?
Thanks! -
RE: St Joseph's Institution Junior
Hope all who tried were successful.
I’m considering my boy for SJIJ too when it’s my turn. Phase 2B but more than 2km. Likely need to ballot? -
RE: Catholic High (Primary)
I’m keen on this plan too. I’m sc and within 1km of Cat High. Old boy at St Gabs but considering to try Cat High at 2B and if unsuccessful St Gabs at 2C.
Will mean giving up my old boy privilege at St Gabs though. Does this sound like a risky plan ?
this option is likely better than my first choice.
