My boy is currently in P1…we had to go thru balloting to get in (within1km) . The school emphasize alot on Chinese. Every other days there are chinese revision, online portal assignments to do as compared to English homework. Parents has to be able to teach them at home too… We as parents has to revise with them… esp the hanyu pinyin and the strokes. Overall i find the school system is still pretty good.

I think it doesnt matter whether how many properties you have. Judging from the egov website, you can only move to the same area with the same distance to the prev. school registered for the rest of the phrase 2c, 2cs even though u failed phrase 2b.


And I am thinking if thats the case, would that make any difference if u change address. unless u have same property that are within the same area with same distance circumference to phrase 2b school.

Therefore, if you own 2 or 3 properties, you could use 1 address for Phase 2B registration, update to another for Phase 2C registration, and update to the last for Phase 2Cs registration. You will then move in and stay in the one that you got in via distance priority.

The lastest figure I saw is 60 at 330pm fighting for 43seats.

Not sure if there are more registering at last one hour.
