Thank you everyone for your helpful reply.
We are in the current situation because I applied for talent A which allowed both IP/OP and talent B which is IP only (OP is not an option for talent B) for the same school. The school accepted my child based on talent B but no mention of talent A anymore. That's how we are offered IP.
I personally prefer OP. I mean for myself if I were the student. It worked for me last time and I thrived in the old school learning style ie mug and regurgitate.
When I Google \"integrated programme\", after all the Moe info, what came out was all the \"success stories\" of the IP dropouts in the media. Like confirming my own conservative thinking of OP is better as it is more \"safe\".
My concern is whether my personal preference and my fear for the unknown would deprive my child the admission to a good program. That's why I am asking around for more people's opinion towards IP.
Thanks for all the advice again!!

RE: IP vs O level
Not sure this track is still active. May I ask? my child is not from GEP, not the super fast learner kind but is motivated and self disciplined enough to do quite well for prelim. We applied DSA for both o lvl and IP in a dual track sch by different talents but in the end we were offered the IP track. We would surely take it up if o lvl was offered. My child likes the sec sch too.
But I m a little uncertain about IP.
Any advice? -

Dear all
May I ask if there is any special commitment for DSA bilingualism IP? And is there any subject restriction in the future because of the Bilinguilism DSA?
