The mixer, I have 2 both Kenwood, the heavy duty Kenwood stand mixer now white elephant.I prefer the hand held lighter one cause the most at one time my oven can goes in one cake. Even though can double deck, its hard to control both top & bottom temperature. The top already OK, but the bottom still not totally baked.
