Anyone uses the school bus service? The school bus provider do not pick up under the blocks. They require parents to bring children to a common pick-up or drop off point. Any idea if there is other school bus provider which can send to ZhangDe?

Truly appreciate your detailed reply. Has made me understand the system better. Sure sounds very stressful and tough to me.

      parents:

Will they be streamed again in Primary 3 going to P4? Or they are going to be in the same class from now? Thank you!

So happy to have members here to discuss together.

      for current 2016 P3 students -
when students from class 3I (Top class) are offered GEP :
they leave Maha Bodhi primary, go to one of the nine designated GEP centre(s).
vacancies are then created, inside class 3I.

      at end of P3 SA2 -
school sort out results for entire P3 cohort, class by class.

since vacancies been created inside class 3I, those Top 3 students from each of the remaining P3 classes, will then be transferred over into P4 I (Integrity).
This way, class I (Integrity) always maintain its position, as the Top class

the rest (who din transfer) -
remain inside the existing class, until end of P4 SA2, where encounter another round of streaming again, entering P5.

What got me very confused was, for entire year, my child has always had the better grades (above average) compared to another classmate (borderline), but both going same class. Puzzling.

Anybody know which class is best class in P3, I heard 3H is best class, but my elder girl time 3I was best class(she is currently p5, next year p6).

It is said the distribution is not just results based. Puzzles me much!

    • RE: PCF/PAP Kindergartens

      Hello,

Currently my son is in N1. Next year for N2 his class will be 4 hours.

However, i will be moving next year too, and found another pcf which offer N2, 3 hours.

I am very concern about the shortage of an hour of lesson everyday for 1 year.

My question is, for those experienced pcf moms, do you feel the lack of an hour for a whole year will make a big difference? Or you do not see a difference?

      Thank you.
