I guess if appeal process is subjective to schools principal…then it seems safer to place sch will safe COP as 1st even though the 2nd sch is what we really want…

Dear all, this was what i thought initially. merit over choice. however, 2 teachers told me if i should select a school of at least same COP as last year as 1st choice. so even if the COP increases, i could appeal. cos if it is not 1st choice, school will not even entertain us…

we were actually planning to put a sch of COP slightly higher as 1st choice in case COP drops but now we are undecided after hearing what the teachers say…

Can someone please advise. thanks

Hello all, any genius who can tell if cop for 2nd tier normal academic will go up or down from last year? I read somehow some people are able to analyse it statistically last year. Im looking at temasek sec sch cop is 188 last year and prev 181. Thanks!

Any feedback on the PPSS school? Seems like school got value add silver for both express and normal in 2012 and 2013. Not sure if school pupils are disciplined and motivated though. Feedback on the school is appreciated

my ds got 179 NA for 2015 psle.

im looking at the following,

hai sing catholic 179-198 vs prev year 173-198
zhonghua 183-199 vs pre year 183-199
temasek sec 188-199 vs prev year 181-199

im very keen in temasek but last year went up to 188

can anyone tell me based on this years score, would the COP for these sec sch likely go up or down?? Many thanks. below is what i collated

Dear all,

Im keen in the bedok schools as my DS will likely go to NA. Stream.Temasek is too high, so we are looking at

Bedok view sec
Bedok south sec
Bedok green sec

Any feedback on the sch culture and discipline? I can see the O level results for bedok view and bedok green in pdf online but sadly its not quite similar in presentation and hence hard to compare and frankly im confused. Although bedok view takes in pupils with higher psle score, end of day it is how the sec school can unlock the academic potential of its pupils in o level that matters in my opinion…

Anyone know which of these 3 schools perform better in O level? I went to see bedok view …i also loitor around bus stop and my impression is the kids are quite well behaved. But again, my impression is bedok green produce better o level results than bedok view forr Normal academic entry into poly. But its all my impression only.

Yes i have considered the fees and all and no choice, still keen on acs international.

The sch told me eng is 1.5hr and math 1hr as opposed to whats indicated on website…

Further the sch told me its "psle" type questions…mensa qns seems very difficult…

Anyone has insight to the math qns?? Pls enlighten.
