Thank you for your recommendations.
There are so many choices out there and it is not easy to make a decision, especially when all of them seem to have impressive programs.
I will call Holy Grace and NAFA and see if I can visit them soon.
Thank you again and may you have a blessed day.

RE: My First Skool (former NTUC Childcare)
Anyone has sent their kiddie to the one at Marine Terrace? The curriculum sounds impressive, but am doubtful if the young teachers there can discipline children. The kids were rather noisy when we visited. Am considering cos it’s super convenient for me but doubtful. Any comments?

Kindergarten In East Coast
Hi everybody. A good day to you!
I am searching for a Christian Kindergarten in East Coast. I have recently moved to the East and am still familiarising myself with the place. I have 2 daughters aged 2 and 4.
Would anybody like to share on any suitable kindergartens?
Any recommendations will be appreciated!!!
Thank you very much in advance!

RE: Express or Normal stream
Hi. For me, it depends on the parent’s understanding of the child. I have seen students who after choosing the Normal Stream, become happier and less stressed in their learning, which as a parent, I would want for my child. They become more confident as they are no longer relegated to the shadows. In the process, they do perform better. However, I have also seen students, who are actually quite capable, choose to enter the Normal Stream, thinking it is a ‘softer’ and ‘easier’ option, and languish there. Their performance at the end of the year was worse when they first entered. I am not speaking hypothetically either as I say this from my experience as a former teacher. So, really, have a chat with your child and using your understanding of your child, make the best decision. Either stream, I wish you and your child the best in the learning adventure for the coming year!

RE: JC Ranking
Hi julongmum!
I used to teach at a junior college in the north. Around 80+% of the students go on to a local university, while some others who do not qualify, choose to enrol in a foreign university. Hope this helps.
