According to my son's school, this year should be lower cut-off point because of the generally lower score. Good luck!

What is the chances to enter NJC (IP) ?
She wanted to go NJC very much but her score is lower than last year COP. Do you think she stand a chance ?

I think if that's the school she wants, then put it as the first choice is right. Afterall, the children are ranked and if they can't get into the first choice, they will be considered for the 2nd, 3rd etc. So no harm. All the best!

There are bound to be different types of students in secondary schools. Neighbourhood schools tend to have some students who are more challenging, sometimes because of the background of these students. Go for a school that can develop your child's interest. Check up the school's strengths and key programmes.

How is Chinese taught in the school? Is HCL very difficult as compared to CL?
