you can buy them through local brokerages. but US market starts at night around 11pm SG time.I used to buy penny stocks too but got burnt. Now I try to buy blue chips, ok some not so blue chips.
How do you buy US shares? I know people who made it when they bought Citibank 1 and half year ago. -

RE: Rental questions
Angelight:
it depends on your location, and what you provide e.g. aircon, bed, etc.Anyone knows how much (current market rate) to rent out for a room in a 3-room flat? Does it include utility charges, or separate charges for utility? How to draft a standard rental contract, or where can I find a sample for such contract?
My mom is planning to rent out a room so I am helping her out. Appreciate any advices but no property agents pls.
usually for convenience, ppl include the utilities in the mthly rent. for non-aircon rooms, it can go from 400-600. air con room from 600 up.
contracts can be found by googling for it. -
RE: Trying out as a Property agent
you cannot just "try out". a property agent is self employed, in other words, you’re your own boss. so you must view it as your own business, and you must keep ur business afloat.
