Hi mommies!
Can I check whether the sports CCA hold any camps during the year end holiday? If yes, would it be during the term time of term 4 or during the holiday?
I also noticed that there is a conso week at week 8, does that mean that students don have to attend school after week 8?

What’s College Day about? I also heard this Thurs is some sort of sports day. Is there any early dismissal ?

Hello Dinah!
Yes, Dsa is very competitive. There were many students present for the written test. There’s only one route to dsa in NJC IP - via academics. All applicants sit for written tests for English and Maths.
The cop for year 1 students entering in 2015 is 254.

RE: National Junior College (Junior High)
There’s no O level track for NJC’s IP. The school provides high level of support to ensure students can cope with the curriculum, eg, small class size of 25.
In year 1, all students undergo a CCA prog called CAFE, where students get to try at least 2 different types of CCA (sports and performing arts). The outcome is dependent on student’s choice and availability of places of the CCA. -

I’m not aware about 30/4 but the following day is a public holiday.
There’s one class of Express Chinese for JH1 this year. Express class completes the syllabus in 5 years while HMT students complete the Chinese syllabus in 4 years.

Hello mummy of 3!
Thank you for the welcome! Where is the FB forum? More active? I'm pretty 'fossil-fied' when it comes to technology. I pm you already.
