Yep,it's in that IS science letter which they gave on the first day.I'm in JHl07 anyways. šŸ˜„

      Hi,

Did your teacher mention to buy all the recommended textbooks? Or which are the must buy or must read?

      Thanks šŸ˜„

No,she just said that it would be a good supplement to our notes as we do not have a proper textbook so,there's no need to buy all the recommended textbooks,as we wouldn't be using it in class. But the notes are given out in the form of individual booklets for each chapter,so if you want to learn ahead of the class, you should get the books. šŸ˜„

      Hi everyone! šŸ˜„

I will be joing njc next year!(I will be in sec 1 next year)
Will it be possible to take up a third language in year one(French, jap),even though I did not apply for it in the s1 option form? This is due to the fact that I thought that taking a third language would be difficult, but now I am actually quite interested,is it still too late?I do know about the Malay special programme but I am interested in taking jap or French too

 Probably not, since it is an SAP school and my chinese isn't that great

Sorry for the late reply :imsorry:

Not too sure if you are aware that JH1 and JH2 students hv to take Higher Mother Tongue regardless of PSLE MT score or whether the student had studied HMT in pri sch. Only in JH3 can a student opt to take MT or the sch advises the student to do so.

Thanks for your reply :thankyou: I am aware of that, but I felt that SAP school's standard of chinese would be much higher than that of non SAP schools so I prefer NJC.Anyway I have already put NJC as my first choice due to the fact that my dad has agreed to chauffeur me there šŸ•ŗ
