Revisiting this topic, if I got into a school based on 1km registered in 2023, when does the 30 months calculation start? Does it mean by earliest Dec 2025 I can move away from 1km?

Hello experts, if I got in via 1km I know I need to stay for 30 months more within 1km. Can I move to another house which is inside of 1km? After I move how do I inform school? I assume as long as it’s inside the distance they won’t care that you move house around? Thank you

Do you think balloting is conducted on a Friday since govt agencies don’t work weekends? And we get results Monday? What time do they usually send out the sms Monday?


Also how does the balloting work? Every kid gets assigned a random number and the numbers go through a system to be selected? Or just a one-click excel spreed sheet say 40 choose 30 probability on the names? Thanks

Also tried calling the school and the person in charge said no disclosure of the distance breakdown for current phase. How would I know how many balloting within my distance range?

How come final day of 2A shows one number but todays update shows another number? I thought after cut off date, the dateline should be honoured and no late entries?
