I used to get mine from garden picks. They are very fresh and you can order online and they will deliver to your house. It saves me the hassle of going to Mustafa which I used to go. Garden Picks is fresher but Mustafa can be cheaper for some of the nuts.

For 2010 Primary 6 CohortA total of 45,049 Primary 6 pupils sat for the PSLE this year. Among these pupils, 43,826 pupils (or 97.3%) are assessed as suitable to proceed to secondary school. In terms of course eligibility, 63.5% are eligible for the Express course, 22.1% for the Normal (Academic) and 11.7% for the Normal (Technical) course. There are 1,223 pupils (or 2.7%) who are assessed to be not yet ready for secondary school or more suited for vocational training. Of these, pupils who have attempted PSLE once and are not overaged can choose to apply to Assumption Pathway School (APS) or NorthLight School (NLS) based on recommendations of their primary school principals, or spend another year in Primary 6 to consolidate their learning. The remaining pupils are those who have been unsuccessful after repeated attempts at the PSLE or are overaged. These pupils will be offered a place in APS or NLS.Extracted from MOE Press Release

Massage, Tuina or acupuncture all these help your blood circulate better, hence all body discomfort will be better, as blood are better suppply to everyorgan. Once it stop for sometime your blood circulation is back to normal that why the discomfort is back. But if your execurise to keep your blood circulation good i believe the discomfort will be improve after stopping the Tuina or acupuncture, and if execurise is continue may be after sometime you will be all heal BTW my boys are on regular tuina also i would not say they are very healthy but over all they are quite ok. As they are still young so dun really know what execurise they can do too but will try to introduction execurise to them and hope they will rely on Tuina lesser once they have regular execurise for long term health benefit This is my own view

The majority of coughs and colds are manageable without going to see a GP. Why do docs prescribe antibiotics when none are indicated? Quite simply, unlike the enlightened parents at KSP, the demand for it is extraordinarily high amongst parents in Singapore, who will doctor-hop until they find one who will prescribe it for their DS/DH with the mildest flu.
