Need advice here. If I apply in 2Cs via online then I wish to withdraw from the school due to it need balloting. How do I go about it? As I really do not wish to go thru the balloting process again.

Agreed too. Curious to know why Rivervale is so popular in sengkang n need balloting every year for sc within 1Km.
