Heard positive reviews about palmview. My girl will be entering p1 next year.

Can I check if it's too late for me to join as a member to Singapore Hokkien Huay Kuan for a chance to enter my girl (this year 2017 registration for 2018 P1) to Nan Chiau Primary School at phase 2B? My house is 1.9km from Nan Chiau Primary School. What is the likely chance for my girl to enrol in Nan Chiau if we were to fall to 2C category? Thanks in advance. :thankyou:
