RE: 2011 PSLE EESIS and top 10% COP
ycpang:
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hi all,
We try to find out what is this year (2011 PSLE) COPs for EESIS and top 10%. These info (up or down of COPs) can be used to estimate the COPs of top schools and 1st tier O level schools. This will help parents and kids to make their choices.
EESIS is awarded to the top 3%. If you are eligible to take 3rd Lang (French, German & Japanese) then you are at top 10%. last year EESIS and top 10% COPs were 260 and 249 respectively.
My DD's friend got 262 and she got the EESIS. Anyone has a lower score than this and still got the EESIS? Please share.
I got 261 and got the EESIS -
RE: 2011 PSLE Result : Appeal to MOE to review the Test Result
3As and 1B to get a score of 206 is very possible. You must see whether the As are high or low, and the same thing for the Bs. In this case, by right there would be 2 low As and the B would have been low. The other A would be in the middle otherwise it would be a high A. I have a senior, who scored 3As and 1B and got into the normal stream instead of the express stream because his As were all low, and his B likewise. The following below would be the possibilities of getting 206, including the one posted above.
(1) 1 high A, 2 low As, 1low B
(2)3 low As, one high B
(3)3 low As, one low B [ Very unlikely]
Hope this helps ( can’t blame me if it doesn’t anyway)
