Anyone from the Bukit Merah side? Was considering River Valley Pri, so I went to their website and it states PV for 2008 kids have already been closed. Made me start to worry. I m an old girl from CHIJ Kellock but I’m thinking of puttin my gal in a co-ed school. I am considering between Radin Mas (1-2km from my place) and River Valley Pri (within 1km). Its rather risky to go for Radin Mas as they close all reg within 1km. So safer bet is still River Valley, but its still balloting for the within 1km. Any advice on which is a better school? Thanks.

qms - Checked on onemap and it is the same.
titank - How do i check if i m needed to PV or be grassroot leader? Do I check with the school directly? In that case, I think RVPS is the nearest to me and likely to have a higher chance as well. -
RE: [Bukit Merah] Primary Schools
Just went to do a check on http://www.streetdb.com. I am within 1km to RVPS but 1-2km for RMPS. That means my chances to RMPS is as good as gone.

RE: [Bukit Merah] Primary Schools
Previously I checked, I am within 1km to both RMPS and RVPS. For HPPS, it is cause my niece is studying there and is staying relatively near there. So I will have to change my address to be eligible to be within the 1km there. But comparing these 3 schools, not sure which one is better.

RE: [Bukit Merah] Primary Schools
Hi, was reading from the 1st post till I gave up, cause its from 2008. So fast forwarded to 2012 posts. Actually being a bit kiasu so doing my research now, will only need to register P1 for my gal 2 yrs time. Im an old gal from Kellock but Im thinking of putting her in a co-ed school instead. M deciding between Radin Mas, seeing its such a popular school. Also River Valley Pr. Also considering Henry Park coz I have a relative staying near the school but the balloting for within 1km is so slim, dont’ noe if i should take the risk. Any feedback on these 3 schools?

RE: YWCA Childcare Centres
Hi, I’m new here and I have a query to see if anyone can give me feedback on.
I have just transferred my gal to a new childcare, YWCA, cause it is nearer to my current place. Another reason is due to the increase of school fees of the current school. Any feedback or comments on the teaching and environment or overall on YWCA childcare? She’s going to be N2 next yr.
Thanks!
