Yea I also want to know if we can appeal for Japanese lang even tho my score isn;t in top 10%. If there are still vacancies (oh please please..) then they would take in the higher scores first right ? (I really hope so because my score is near to 250 and I heard that 250 -minus plus- is the cut-off score for top 10%)

Can I still study a 3rd language (jap/german/french) even though my score ain't qualified top 10%? (Haha I know it isn't).

I scored 244+1 for PSLE & would like to appeal for Cedar's. I already gotten the form from the school and completed it with my parents. But how do I hand in the form? Do I also have to hand in something with the form, like my testimonial etc?
