Though most top few of each class will likely be in 3A, but it's hard to say for all kids in 3A, since it's by Maths results (2nd criteria) after satisfying the total aggregate (1st criteria for the top of about 120 of cohort). In essence, someone could be at the last of top 120 but with stellar Maths results may end up in 3A while someone in 3B or 3C could have higher aggregate than some students in 3A. Parents will never know the exact details since level position is never release.

My girl this year is P4. Today she came home without class allocation. Being told will get the result only till end of December 2013. But the bookshop ending date shown 27/12/2013. So Worry...!!! I understand last year P5 students also have to wait till December time then can know which class. Any P5 mummies of daddies can tell me when you received the results and how we check through Nan Chiau Pri website for the class allocation results? Thks

If I remember correctly , the class allocation will only be out last week of dec . U can check on the child LMS . As for the books , I bought those books common to everyone and exercise books . Once you know the class ,u can get the rest of the books at popular bk store or during the first 2 days of the school . They will not use the text books so soon .

I thought some is 5A textbook. 1st term have to study and submit to teachers in charge?

based on this yr P3, for the 1st 3 classes there are extra class for chinese. as for science will be for the whole of P3 level.

if later your kid is being selected for the english speech & drama or maths olympiad then you will be more busy.

My son did not have so i do not know how to go about getteing the textbook

All should be given by teachers plus report book on wed.Did you check your son school bag?
