My girl was given a lists of secondary school to choose for the talk by her teacher. I’ve came to realise that different classes gave different secondary to choose!! Class 6A, 6B and 6C ,those what so called ‘TOP CLASSES’ was given those like Nanyang Girls’ High , Dunman High, Raffles girls…to choose.

Is this consider discriminating? Which means to say those from ‘LOUSY’ classes means that the child will not be able to make it to those whats so called HIGH STANDARD Secondary school or to say to ask the child that dont even have to think you could even
make it to these HIGH STANDARD secondary school!!

Anyone knew how the P1 balloting was like for this year 2015?

If the current principal knew that he will be leaving the school next year, why did he still execute the tablet program? I have already placed and made payment for the tablet during the last briefing. My question is whether the new principal will inherit and execute this program when she takes over next year.

I heard that tablet is selling at $3xx now instead of $5xx at the school.

Should be the same price. Maybe because of KIFAS scheme to parents.

Heard today, principal announced he will be leaving.

But there’s wifi only or wifi& 3G . Parents chose with 3G should have a SIM Card.

Can any mummies or daddies know P5 Chinese is under which book? Is it still under the HCL or the normal Chinese text book. As since P1 till P4 is higher Chinese . Her form teacher said that her class all cannot tick under HCL class when given the form to the students whether they are under standard or foundation. :?

My girl this year is P4. Today she came home without class allocation. Being told will get the result only till end of December 2013. But the bookshop ending date shown 27/12/2013. So Worry...!!! I understand last year P5 students also have to wait till December time then can know which class. Any P5 mummies of daddies can tell me when you received the results and how we check through Nan Chiau Pri website for the class allocation results? Thks

Hi I suppose you wld hv the SMS from school tht class allocation will be available via LMS next Thurs 11am onwards. Guess it's earlier than other years.

When I spoke to the teacher the last time she explained that the school need a time to finalise class's allocation as there wld be parents who wld appeal on subject combi and shuffling will need to be made.

Thks . May I know what is subject combine? Before school holiday, parents already signed a form from their form teachers of HCL , standard or foundation subjects selected for our childrens already? :scratchhead:

If I remember correctly , the class allocation will only be out last week of dec . U can check on the child LMS . As for the books , I bought those books common to everyone and exercise books . Once you know the class ,u can get the rest of the books at popular bk store or during the first 2 days of the school . They will not use the text books so soon .

I thought some is 5A textbook. 1st term have to study and submit to teachers in charge?
