I have just received notification that I have been posted to RGS. Hence, I have to report there next Monday. May I know what I’m going to receive from the school, what do I need or need not buy, do I need to wear my primary school uniform on that day, is the RGS uniform available for sale and other important stuff please? Secondly, if you live in tampines and take a school bus, how much do you need to pay per month? Lastly, how are the girls like in RGS in general?

You should wear your primary school uniform on reporting day. You’ll be given some admin forms plus 3rd lang results (if you applied), as well as the book list. You’ll be able to purchase books and uniforms that day.

School bus fees are $100 a month one way for my operator and alternatively if you don't want to queue, you can buy your uniforms at Bibi&Baba's at Shaw Tower (http://bibibaba.com/) which is rather near RGS. ^^

Also, school books can also be bought online if you don't want to queue.

Just a correction. Bibi and Baba is now at Far East Shopping Centre. They shifted out from Shaw Tower some time ago.
