I heard from my nephew that alot of good teachers have leftWhy is this thread so quiet?
I heard good comments about this school, but why is its COP keep dropping for the past 4 years? Is the school still good compared to Tanjong Katong, Nan Chiau, Zhong Hua etc.?

yep. xinmin is definitely a good school. teachers there are very friendly (although there are some strict ones)

Yes, Xinmin is a good school. The Principal and the teachers are dedicated and they prepared the students well for the O-Levels. My child has just graduated from the school with a good L1R5. Well done, Xinmin!

I am new. My ds got into XMS and we went to report to the school this morning. I welcome all tips, advice and guidance. I also welcome if any parent would like to give away their Sec 1 books.

To be honest, when I went school hunting for my ds 2 years ago, I don’t feel comfortable in this school although its so near to my home.

XMS is 1 of the 28 autonomous secondary school and its Creative Arts Complex now under construction will be ready when school starts in 2015.
