Dear Parents / Guardians,
The Form teachers will give out the nametags once they have received them from the bookshop lady. Please iron the name tag 1.5 cm above the school logo.
Kindly be patient as there are few more classes yet to receive from the vendor.
Thank you. -
when will the kids receive their student pass?

Hi, WSPS, my son complaints that he doesn’t have a book called PE junior. Could you let us know about the book? Also, is there a way to contact or communicate with a specific teacher like emails when we parents are confused as my kid is very blur on what happens in school.
-
Understand you can used the handbook for communication. However, the problem lies whether the teachers will read them.
There are not much books now at home which the kids need to bring. I counted, they are about 4 books including the ones named "inquire into the world" (?). Most of the books are collected by the teachers.
WSPS, will there be any program for the March 1 week holidays? We are planning for short trip and do not want the kid to miss anything if there is something plan for them this March holidays. -
Dear Parents / Guardians,
The following replies are in response to ‘Imaginary’, ‘Miaor’ and ‘Starkids’, as well as to all West Spring Parents / Guardians :
1. Should there be a message to be read by the concerned teacher from a parent through the Pupil Handbook, the pupil concerned MUST show the handbook to the teacher concerned.
Should Parents / Guardians need to contact any teacher on any matter, they should either use the Pupil handbook to write a message ( your child / ward is then required to show the handbook to the concerned teacher ) OR call the General Office at 6314 4192. The receptionist will take down your particulars for the concerned teacher to follow up within 3 working days, as communicated during the recent P1 Orientation cum Parents’ briefings.
2. In a bid to help lighten the weight of the pupils’ bags, the subject teachers will normally collect some of the books and keep them in the classroom cupboard for use during lessons. These books will then only be returned to the pupils to bring home at specific times during term time.
3. The PE Journal is listed under the booklist and is to be purchased from the school bookshop.
4. The issue of the student pass will be based on the schedule from Transit Link Pte Ltd. Pupils will be informed about the matter in due course.
5. There’ll not be any planned programmes during the March holidays in school as it’s important for the pupils to take a break from school and enjoy family time together.
Thank you.
