it's not just about rising costs, but the long waiting period to get a surgery done.
heard about neighbour who went to a GP to get water extraction in her knees and to inject gel...the job cost $800. -
After his letter was published, many doctors were furious with him and at least one wrote him an email. But I heard he was very gracious and offered to explain his encounters with unethical doctors.
