this year's English exam format has been changed.
maybe taking a look at the other subjects may be of help.

so 2015 psle exam questions will be published in 2016? I think I would be keen to get a copy to see the changes.

I agree. This is such a huge relief to all P5 and P6 parents! I wonder what what reasons MoE/SEAB had for not selling PSLE papers before. After all, they have been selling O-level and A-level papers for many years, and those are more high stakes exams.

I wonder why SEAB made this decision only now. as parents, we would like to see the kind of challenging questions set. although the same questions won’t appear again, at least there is some idea…but what I would like to see are the answers which exam markers expect.

Good point. Do the exam papers come with model answers? I would like to see the model answers at least for Science.

Model answers could be written by the publishers. If so, then it is no different from other assessment books.

In any case, releasing the actual papers has its pros and cons. Kiasu parents won't quit being kiasu even if they see the actual questions.

if seab releases the psle exam scripts, it should also release the answers from the markers and NOT those from publishers. if there are model answers from markers, we can show & remind our kids what the markers are looking for…the so-called key words for science.
