When can human beat cancer which is taking away our loved ones?

Its all within oneself. Keep regenerate and rejuvenate your working cells.

When we grow old, a lot of things including our body and cells are no longer under controlled.
Nope. Why doc say we must exercise more to keep us healthy? Your working cells will regenerate and rejuvenate loh. But how many of us can do it??!! And how many of us knew it??!! Even if we knew, how many of us can accomplish it??!!

The answer is out there, Google it.

I guess it really depends… But there’s no hard and fast rule…

Best is less stress. Easy to say, hard to do…

So health check or don't check ?
I try for a middle ground. I will do some basic blood checks (especially since they are free - provided as a staff benefit), and some of the \"women's\" checks (pap smear and mammogram), and the free FIT check (as I have a family history of these cancers). Other than that, I just try to live moderately healthily. I don't expect or want to live till 90 or beyond (would prefer not to, actually), so I will probably stop doing so many checks once my kids are grown and independent. Also, too many checks will probably result in too many false positives.

This disease is getting more common yet cures are still nowhere to be found.

You fix one thing, and something else will give way. The human body is just not designed to last so long! For younger people, controlling infections and leading a healthy lifestyle can do quite a lot to help stay disease-free.
