no back pain, budget depends on the quality of the chair. -
For my home budget I’m using IKEA. Just be careful I found the wheels leave scratch marks on your floor… not sure if it’s the quality of the wheel or just roller chairs in general. My office uses the more expensive kind. I forgot the brand name but I will give it a check next week!
