I don’t see why you can’t decide.
..
Cant decide if I should try Admiralty or go straight to Greenwood, as Admiralty is really popular and most prob need to ballot.
How about Woodlands Ring Primary? any reviews ? actually Woodlands Ring is the nearest to our hse, but i have heard mixed reviews about this school. Some ppl said its not good, some said its not bad.
Greenwood won’t ballot in Phase 2C and usually won’t be filled up in Phase 2Cs (and given that you are within 1km, you are almost guaranteed a spot). Same goes for Woodlands Ring - haven’t been filling up it’s places in Phase 2Cs in the last 4 years.
Therefore, go join the queue for Admiralty. If you have to ballot, so be it. If you don’t get the place, just go for Greenwood or Woodlands Ring at Phase 2Cs. -
School have started issuing forms for Phase 1, so please remember to get the older sibling to collect the forms.

Hi Bentley, my son will be enrolling for ACSP next year under Phase 2A1 too.
Hi all, anyone else's son also going to ACS(P) next year?
We are under Phase 2A(1), which I believe should be straight forward without any ballot.
Hopefully no dramas.
Good luck! -
Hello Parents,
Any ideas of chances of getting a space under Phase 2C for RGPS?
I am within the 1-2km home distance category.
Looking at past data, looks like only need balloting outside 2km, but am just worried there were be surprises
Thanks

Hi all, newbie here!
Been reading this post as it really helps me prepare for my daughter’s primary 1 registration. I’m residing in Punggol.
I’m considering an all girls school for my girl and below are the choices.
1) RGPS
2) SMPS
3) HGS
I was thinking of transportation(either 2 way or 1 way but the amount seem to differ slightly only) as my husb is willing to send her there.
Understand that I will need to ballot so question is if i don’t get any of the 3 choices, do I have to apply at a school with available slot?
Thanks! -

School bus is not guaranteed. You have to check with the school bus operator whether they cater to Punggol.

SMPS or HGS should be relatively safe and may not need to ballot for Phase 2C. If you fail to secure a school in Phase 2C, you will have to apply for whichever school with balance places in Phase 2Cs. -

No one can tell whether surprise will come this year or not.

Note: past performance is not indicative of future results.
You still have to monitor it this year and watch out for surprises (though quite unlikely). -
Following this as I’m registering my daughter born in 2013 Dec for pri 1.
Any new neighbour’s registering their child for Phase 2C at Poi Chung?
Using my building in progress BTO <1km at Green Verge.
