i think you are right - only KSP is interested in all the raw data !!
and has a considerable amount, sufficient to produce a 10 years series. -
I found some screenshots I did last year from the MOE website - Schools required balloting for phase 2B, 2C and 2CS. Let me figure out how to attach the jpg files here.

For those who are aiming for Radis Mas, this year Phase 1 take up rate is extremely low i.e only 28 applicant. Good luck

its 83 now, nevertheless its still lower than last year (42% this year as compared to 55% last year) even though vacancy dropped by 10.

similar to 2011. FYI 2012 2014 and 2015 all high. this year should be \"less competitive year\"
