Those staying at Whampoa are basically a captive audience. You have no real alternatives and no where to run to. Your only option is to ballot at HWS.
Thus, when you have one group with no where else to go, and another group who is happy to join in because their alternative is the same place they would have gone anyway if they have lost the ballot, you end up in this situation. -

Else choose a 100% no ballot school in the 1st place.

I believe MOE will update the website today informing which category is going for balloting..I am specifically looking for de la salle. Any ideas on the numbers/category for that?I saw several KSPs saying that the school refused to disclose. So u can only wait a few hours more for the reveal. Just hang tight. Hopefully by afternoon or evening today. -

Here the number for Bukit Timah Primary seems wrong. Should have 85 applicants instead of 60 I believe. -
