      :yikes: yeah that would be nightmare.. luckily you guys talked abt it and happened I went into dd'last nite when she was doing filing then she told me this is the slip..I say come give it to me I go photocopy and dd told me that I have photocopied already..I was like never mind never mind photocopy again :nailbite: 😓

            only saw the 'actual' slip for dd last night..they have another smaller slip for oral and dd is on 2nd session.. the image attached is for the 'general' one, which I thought was dd's session 😄 sorry :oops:
