Hi, I have recently heard about PSLE 10 years series. May I ask if this includes actual PSLE papers of last 10 years. I was under the impression that we can only buy last 3 years of PSLE papers. Appreciate if anyone can enlighten me on this.

There is no PSLE 10 years series. You are correct that actual PSLE papers are for the last 3 years, so the most current one is 2017 to 2019. You may be able to get older booklets (eg PSLE 2016 to 2018, PSLE 2015 to 2017, ...) from those with elder siblings.

10 years series is available for O Levels.

primary school bookshop sell current PSLE booklet (2017 to 2019), past 3 years series only.

if u want PSLE (2014 to 2016) or (2011 to 2013) past years' booklet, see if Carousell got sell

TYS (ten year series), is only for ( O-level and A-level) National exam

During The First Reading
• All passages are read out twice.
• The passage could be in the form of a news item, an announcement, a speech, a story, an advertisement etc.
• Before the first reading of the script, time is given to go through the questions. Try not to be distracted.
• Reading the questions silently beforehand helps in being prepared and looking out for information when the passage is being read.
• It is important to listen attentively and understand what the passage is talking about.
• Creating a mental picture of what is being read makes it easier to recall.
• The meaning of a difficult word can be understood by contextualizing it.
• Look out for intonation and emphasis on keywords and phrases which may have clues to the answers.
• Avoid being in a hurry or being overly impulsive.
• Circling the answer before the next question is read, helps to avoid confusion and circling of incorrect answers.

• Be focused and use this opportunity to listen again and process any information that may have been missed in the first reading.

There is some problem with my daughter’s dictionary. We just replaced the battery but it will only work for a week then it went flat again. I tried different battery brands but it is still the same, cannot only last at most for a week.

E-dictionary is not cheap and can only last for a year.
