Is there any good exercise / gym class for over-size kid ?

My daughter is over-weight and we would like to look for some gym classes / kid exercise class during the school holiday.

      Thanks

        Hi nokomis,

You can try Prime gym or GIMsports(Formerly sporty Joe). My gals are in prime gym & I heard of sporty joe which is not too bad too.

Had been sending my 2 boys to Salvation Army (upp Bt Timah) gym classes for them to jump around and enjoy. As being overweight, maybe should watch their eating habits as well as expose them to exercises. Swimming classes are quite good, else just bring them to a park and let them run around. My own opinion. Cheers

Why don’t you just bring her running around the track?

              Or cycling?
