I know easier said than done...don't get too stressed out over school exams...the difficulty level is :siao: totally demoralizing too.

Proper guidance is very important. If not guided properly, the kid can spriral downwards very quickly. Thats why people choose to go for tuition nowadays, hoping to find a good tutor who can guide their kid.

This time round my boy did pretty well. Am very glad. Realised I cannot stress him anymore and shud just let him do his own practice work. Tried this approach for the SA1 and it worked. so i think i better let go abit rather then make him unable to breathe. I am most afraid of kids having panic attack.

There is a lot of psychology involved in the performance of our children folks! Our children are born with the ability to perform. Sounds cliche but true. There are ways to get the best out of them and it starts with simplifying it and changing our language! Go Score!

                      Hi

Need some advice. My DD, generally does well in all subjects, but when it comes to exams her results are not good. I have no idea what goes on during exams that she performs so badly. She too does not know why. Does she need professional counselling? Am worried as she is going in for PSLE this year...

Any help from any parents out there will be much appreciated...

This is why dsa is so useful....

If anyone of you parents come across very difficult problem sums or mathematical questions that are hard to explain, let me know at gabriel@scorecampus.com and I will load up the video with the answer and explanation for you within 24 hours. But do take into consideration the number of requests. The last time made an announcement like this in a school, I had 117 requests in 2 hours.

Questions could be in Maths, Science or English!
