Yes everyone gets 1. They will be asked to bring padlock to lock the locker and need to clear the locker to bring all things home before each school holiday.

Most should be within the classroom. I have seen some that were right outside the classroom few years ago but may have moved all to inside the classroom now. Not so sure about that. -

Attended the parent's briefing few weeks back and the principal did not disclose even when we asked. Not sure if this is a norm for other schools as well.
