Gee... no worries witty22, we all are very excited about the P1 registration

I am sorry about scarring you Barachan and all others in the forum.
Yes, I too went to collect the PV letter and this time the office staff was nice enough to let me know that after the selection process the PV has been cut down from 56 to 32. The last time I checked with the office they would only tell me that it was 60+ and scared me enough to prepare for backup.witty22:
Dear all
I just received a call from the school. They said PV for last year is 32 not 60. They are preparing PV letters now so we can collect personally at school when its ready.
Very excited about the registration. I had a big problem understanding the balloting chart results. Based on your views, you think my girl has a gd chance to get into RMPS.
I confirmed with the school already that we are not within 2km from the school, but falls under P2B as I did the PV:)
Thanks

My son brought back the P1 registration form yesterday.
The heat is starting........ :rubhands: -
We have submitted PV application to Zhangde and they replied that they have received our application and will contact us once there is program which need our help.
Iβm not sure whether it mean we are accepted as PV? Anyone can help? Should I call the school to check or is it too early? My girl will need to register in 2011.
Many thanks! -

Maybe they don't have that many PV applications, and whoever applies gets accepted?
I have no experience in this. The above is just my interpretation. You may like to contact the school for clarification.
If you are accepted, :congrats: to you! Nevertheless, it is still better for you to ask the school for assignments in order to clock the 40 hours, just in case.

Hi qms,
Thank you for yr reply.
I think I will call up the school to clarification. This P1 enrollment is so stressful. Now I fully understand why parent are some stress during this time and how happy they are when they manage to get a place in the school they want for their children.
Hahaha now I have not even started registration and can already feel the heat. Wait till next year registration and I will be more stress out.
Btw, which school u are gg to enrol yr child? -

Yes, do call up the school. When it comes to PV, parents need to be \"thick skinned\" so that they can clock the required hours to qualify them for P2B.DJDX:

For me, despite calling the admin office numerous times since Nov last year, I was told to wait for call from HOD.
Finally in March this year, I became so worried that I asked the admin for the email address of their Vice Principal & received a reply from her almost instantly. Thatβs when I manage to start performing PV & had completed 40 hours end of April. -
Thank you all for the reply. To play safe, I better call up the school to check. Thanks!
