May I know if any parents had kids that went through this in previous years? Is it a test format or interview?
Appreciate any advice on the exercise format and what questions to expect.

Nope, sports school isn't one of the choice. I have mixed thoughts about sports school and hence gave it a miss this round.

Just received email, the trial results will be released this Friday, as there is still need to conduct trials for several students due to medical reasons
