A CO is a CO. Schools cannot back out unless you reject them during the preference ranking.
So in my case if the WL did not convert, my DD will be moved to school #2 which she already got CO.

This was also clearly explained to me by School #1 to put them as WL and even if not successful, DD will be moved to school #2 with CO.

This is absolutely right. Nobody can take away your CO unless you drop from Express to Normal academic or you specifically reject it. Remember lots of things can happen from the day you get your CO to the day you finish your PSLE exams. Never give up your precious CO unless you are absolutely confident of your back up plan/PSLE results (OR those who get multiple COs and can then decide which one to give up.)

By 11 September was what I saw on MOE website. So I suppose it can come anytime before that? Or does “by 11 Sep” means strictly on 11 Sep? 🤔

Someone was asking about NYGH 2nd round for sports. My child went for interview on 22 June for sports domain. There were quite a lot of other domain students on the interview day itself.

Different schools have different dates of mailing the offers. According to MOE, the latest date to be sent out by all schools is 11 Sep.

Some schools are faster than the others.

Diff sch diff.. latest by 11 Sept can be earlier.. but the earliest I heard so far is 2nd half of August...
