      Hi all,

I have had the same experience. I bought some science kits on simple machines and they did not work. I heard about this place that develops science ‘toys’ based on primary school concepts. They teach you how to make your own science toys and you can do it using things from home. They also have huge bubble solutions which really thrilled my kids and they teach you how to explain to your kids about the concept behind the bubbles. Let me know if you need the contact.

You might be interested in the Magic School Bus Experiment Kit. This is the first I’ve heard of it. It’s going to be available at the Harris Pavillion at the BookFest this week. U.P. $28.50, offer at the BookFest at $18.90.

DD brought home a booklet of products from a company called Play 'N' Learn. Looks like they have quite a good range of science related products. You can check them out at their website: http://www.play-n-learn.com

PS. The booklet is a pricelist of their products when they will be selling at DD's school canteen. The prices are better than their online prices.
