My guess is that it should be about 35-40, as there are likely some PV that quitted halfway.


do remember that there are SHHK members and Grassroots leaders registering in this phase as well.

any way to find out how many eligible for phase 2B before that phase opens? I guess yearly it should be similar number but different home distance?
Grassroot leaders not in phase 2A?

No way to know, not even the school, as grassroot leaders can choose any schools within the area they served. And grassroots are in phase 2B.
