I would like to register my son , born in 2005 into Nan Hua ,can anyone tell me when to register for PV >

I was also thinking of asking my husband to join alumni to have this pc of mind, but his pri has merged with Clementi Pri after he left, thus not sure if its appropriate to join alumni of this sch. One question I have is, is it worth to have my husband to sign up as alumni in Clementi Pri Sch since we can register my son under 'parent is an old boy' scheme. Will he get a chance if we register him under this phrase, or under the other phrase, whereby the parent is an alumni member? We do not stay in Clementi but my PIL are, so we are thinking of arranging for him to attend at this sch.
Old boy + alumni = phase 2A1. Old boy without alumni = 2A2. Based on past years trends, all applicants under both 2A1 and 2A2 get a place in all schools. Hence there is no necessisty to join the alumni actually. But true to the KS spirit, u may want to join to give urself peace of mind in case there is a sudden surge in applications? -

U can start enquiring now, or nearer end of this year. Do note NHPS is extremely selective in their PV intake. So pls do have a back-up plan. -

Currently still deciding on about either Clement P, or Rulang P, and possibility of shifting to Clementi or not. Headache... -

Thanks for the thinker. I kept thinking of report book, and never switch to think of the PSLE Certificate! What bird brain I have. OK, I do think he will have that. Need to search that out from his cupboard. Thanks so much! -

I am currently living in Sengkang but have plans to buy a new place. Since my son is born in 2005, I am looking for a place within 1km of NanHua. I thought it would be safe if I were to volunteer in NanHua as well. However, I had been rejected by NHPS as a PV, despite writing a long proposal. I am determined to try applying again. Does anyone know what is the chance of getting into NHPS if one lives within 1km but not a PV? -

Hi, they reject you because they can't use your services or because the time isn't due for your 'batch' to do pv work yet? Some schools are only accepting pv for 2004 kids this year. -
