COP might go up but you can always try.
It depends on your DD's interests, educational needs. Both are great schools.
Cedar Girls has very strong emphasis on sports but has a all-rounded education.
I don't know about CHIJ St Nick except it being a very warm and friendly school according to my tuition teacher who was from CHIJ St Nick.
Congratulations on your DD's result. She has done well. Both schools are good schools and both are going to be IP soon.
For next year sec 1 cohort, 50 students will be selected for the IP programme when it starts in 2012 if I'm not mistaken.

Me too, looking at St Nics or Cedar, but I'll probably choose St. Nics simply becos it's nearer my place - 15mins walk - no direct bus:(
However, a friend's dd is in Cedar - will talk to her 1st before deciding.

She knows I'm pushing for St Nics due to distance (actual premise) I've promised to send her to sch but to get home, on her own - whichever Sec Sch she goes to.

it is also really impt that your girl likes the school she is going to. else if anything unhappy happens, she will blame mummy for making me choose this sch.
