Suggestion for 1yr old

My son is turning 1 year old very soon. I’m really wondering if I should send him to any enrichment classes or child care. Or is it too early?
I heard that for some nurseries and kindergartens, you need to register much earlier than primary school. Probably 1-2 years in advance?

Mine was born in Dec last year, so if I send him to N1, it will be next year! But since he is still so young, I'm only sending him to N2 and skip N1.
