Yes, I agree with you. But the article seems way too difficult for year 1 leh. There are so many words that they don't even know how to read, needless to say the meaning.
As for the poem, I do goggle for simpler explanation which make it easier to memorise. -

They collect the tab for an organisation in Thailand. They will melt the tab, make it into artifical limbs and offer free for the handicap. Some make it into wheelchair. It is difficult to ask ppl to donate cash so this doctor in Thailand came out with this brilliant idea. Only the tabs can be used as it is made of different alloy from the can itself.
Those students who collected 1000 tabs will be awarded with 11 CIP hrs. Minimum CIP hours to clock each year is 6 hrs. -

How can any family drink 1000 cans of soft drink? :shock:
Naturally it became a family project. Even grandparents, parents' colleagues, relatives all started collecting the tabs. :lol:
