hi, any mummies out there can share how to make nice prawn dumpling??coz my ds reli love it.
for prawn dumpling, i am particular abt the type of prawns used,
must be sea prawns , not pond prawns for the best results.
juz like making Har kow, must use special type of prawns. -

When not cut won’t be slimy what. And I learned from my helper. Keep it dry when you are slicing it then not as slimy. -
