Just to share,
I know of parents complaining to me about CHIJ, unhappy about how the school system works, and a particularly bochap teacher. A parent also complained about ZhangDe, about how poor this teacher teaches. Even Radin Mas, I’ve also heard of unsatisfied parents. Not forgetting Henry Park, I have a parent who told me things before.
But I think it’s might not be very correct to generalise based on one person or few minority’s comments. Even very good schools have teachers who are bochap, but it doesn’t mean that less popular neighbourhood schools will not have teachers who are the genuinely sincere in helping their students to improve.
It’s all a matter of whether the student is self-motivated or whether the parents do encourage their children enough plus whether the teacher’s teaching style is suitable for the child or not.
I don’t think GES is really that bad, have heard good and bad things about them. So I would say that you should keep your options open and have a feel about that school rather than to count on the hear-says around. -

can't please everyone. I'm sure no school aims to do that.
I heard from a colleague that during a PTS at Henry Park some years back, some parents complained during too little homeworks were being dished out ... :stupid: -
So how many of them is aiming RMPS, RVPS, ZDPS? Presume GESPS would surface out when in Phase 2C Supplementary.
Blangah Rise Primary?? Very little or no discussion at all. How good is RMPS can take over that Bldg where it is so new.

Updates from RMPS .Last year was about 20 places for balloting in the 1-2 Km in Phase 2C. -
Hi, based on last year statistic, there were 114 vacancies in PH2C for RMPS, 159 children applied. Anyone know how many are within 1km? Titank mention 20 ballotted for 1-2km. And how many are >2km?
