how to slim down

So what happened is, after applying I don't dare to touch my kids as I find the hotness still linger on my hand and I am worried that is might hurt them. So just curious, does this gel also have this after effect? If it does, it won't be good for those who still need to handle young kids, right?

That is one reason why I don't dare to try any gel/cream that is hot. I am still applying my sculptique cream. It is not hot and smells nice too. Just that it is a bit ex, 1 bottle costs $79.

ah yes, i forgot to mention about the lingering hotness on my hand after applying. cuz for me, i only apply @ night after my shower, not much interaction with my kids after that.

oh, im ngiow, so i won't spend so much on slimming gel.
the most i spent on this slimming gel was clarins. no hot feeling but works pretty well. except i have forgotten the name liao.

Have not tried this. However, I am just wondering if the solution can be in a book, must be ideas and some exercises, right? To me, I won't believe and buy it as I don't think it is worth it.

My husband had ever bought such e-books before and claim result and refund gurantee. But when you really want to get refund, there will be a lot of ding-dong. End up we, the consumers, will end up, forgetting about getting a refund. So he told me, don't believe in such can get full refund.

4 years after my second child was born my weight was fluctuating till it came to a point i realised, no matter what i do, i am gaining weight. Just want to share. One of my friend recently bought slimlite (from Tupperware) for her sister to take. I am quite amaze from the result. She just take for 4 days and she has lost 3kg. Personally I believe, this early loss of weight is losing water. She told me that after starting the program (4 days only), she doesn’t have that much craving and not eating as much too.

Quite impressive, will continue to monitor her progress.

I personally feel that exercise is still the best way of trimming and losing weight…

Once you start those pills or slimming program, you cannot stop… or you need to control to maintain… if not will be like balloon… got worse…

Yes, you are right. Tupperware sells containers. Their containers are lifetime warranty, so if wear and tear can exchange or get credit note to buy new items, they won't have much business after a while. So now, they also look into health product and beauty product. At least, if it suits you, you will still purchase once you finish eating or using it. As for slimming product, they did a research and find out the there is a big market for slimming product in Singapore, so they invest in this.

One thing for sure, they took a long time to build up their reputation, so whatever health or beauty product (also about 50yrs in US) they bring in, has to be of certain standard, if not, they will spolit their own reputation.

I think the best way to lose weight is to change your lifestyle By having a sensible daily diet coupled with regular exercise. Cheap, healthy and it's for a lifetime.


Having said that, I know it's a great challenge to follow a strict regime and I've never been able to follow through all these years too. It takes GREAT discipline to eat healthily.
